Terms & Conditions of Hotel Bliss Banaras, Varanasi

These are the house rules and policies that apply to every stay at Hotel Bliss Banaras, Manduwadih Bazar, Varanasi. Please read them before you book.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in is after 2 PM
  • Check-out is before 11 AM
  • Late check-out carries an additional charge of 50% of the room rate

Guest Identification

  • An identification document is required for hotel registration
  • Passport, Aadhaar, driving licence, and government ID are accepted as proof of identity
  • Local IDs are not accepted
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age
  • Unmarried couples are allowed

Children, Infants, and Extra Beds

  • 1 infant aged 0 to 2 years is counted in the room's capacity
  • Children up to 5 years stay complimentary, without an extra bed
  • An extra mattress for a child is chargeable, paid at the hotel
  • An extra mattress for an additional guest is chargeable, paid at the hotel
  • An extra bed is not available in the Deluxe Queen Bed room

Rates, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Rate plans are EP (room only), CP (room with breakfast), MAP (breakfast with lunch or dinner), and AP (all 3 meals)
  • Advance payment and cancellation terms depend on the rate you book and are shown with that rate before you confirm

Food

  • Non-vegetarian food is not allowed in our hotel
  • Outside food is not allowed
  • Food delivery and in-room dining are available

Smoking and Pets

  • Hotel Bliss Banaras is a non-smoking property
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or within the premises
  • Pets are not allowed

Visitors and Events

  • Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors to their room during the stay
  • Private parties and events are allowed

Accessibility

Our hotel is accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please bring your own wheelchair.
