After contributing five and half year with The Pinnacle Gate as part of pre opening & The Pinnacle Inn Sarnath, Shahab Alam is joining to a different operator. The Varanasi hotelier begins the most senior role of his career, joined “Hotel Bliss Banaras” Manduadih,Varanasi ( A Venture By SHRI BALAJI FOODS ) to become a general manager.
He will now oversee Hotel “Bliss Banaras” Manduadih, Ganges City, Balaji Food Venture’s long-stay hotel options in the city.
15 Years Experience

- Shahab joined “Le Royal Meredien” hotel in 2005 in Mumbai, starting as an trainee throughout the entire hotel operation. After completing the Hotel and Hospitality Management & Catering Science he joined the most prestigious Starwood Group Of Hotel in
Hyderabad “Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre” as an F. & B. Associate in 2008. and later in August 2009 he moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to get the international exposure and joined the Elaf group of hotel as an F. & B.
- He Elaf group of hotel as an F. & B. Executive till august 2011. And from there he moved up and joined as an Assistant Outlet Manager in “Sheraton Makkah Hotel & Towers” from August 2011 to December 2015.
- Back to India and joined the “Ohri’s Group” of Hotel and Restaurant as an operation manager in Hyderabad Telangana from March 2016 to January 2017.
Stepping out of the Telangana in February 2017 for the first time, he became Food & Beverage Manager at “Royal County Resorts” Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh and work till August 2018.
And from September 2018 till now he is providing the best of the best hospitality in Varanasi formaly known as Banaras the holy city of Ganges.
- In Varanasi he joined and work with Hotel “Costa River & Costa Riviera” from September 2018 to July 2018 as an Food & Beverage Manager.
- Later he joined “The Pinnacle Gate Hotel” Sarnath ( Pre Opening ) in August 2018 to October 2022 as an Food & Beverage Manager.
And from November 2022 to September 2024 he worked as an Director Of Food and Beverage with “The Pinnacle Inn Sarnath
